About The Project
Human resource management requires controlling and supervising all company employees and hiring new employees.
This requires the human resources manager to be able to continuously oversee all steps of the hiring process and report to the CEO.

My Role
In this project, I conducted research on the competitors and the recruiter/HR
user's needs.


Problem
-
There are a lot of departments in different cities and countries.
-
The HR should hire the right employee in a short time, pay attention to each step in the process to see which positions are still open or hired, and see a general view of the role progress
-
Sometimes multiple people are interviewed for the same position and the process affect each other

Solution
Create a system that will help the recruiting better understand which department needs to hire new employees and the status of each candidate, and provide more transparency to the hiring manager.
In addition, it provides a wide overview of all the existing employees and their details

I did research on similar and competing sites and chose to focus on the top 3 companies.





Interviews
One of my main challenges is keeping track of hundreds of candidates at the same time
I interviewed an HR recruiter, HR leader, and HR manager from different companies about their communication with each other, how they supervise all candidates for each position, and what their biggest problems in the daily work


Main Highlight From The Interview
-
We have a shortage of women in the company and we are aiming to fill the gap between the genders as much as we can.
-
A photo of each candidate can help the recruiter to identify him/her quickly doing the
hiring process. -
Sometimes I waste precious time searching for the candidate's details such as phone num, resume, LinkedIn link, and portfolio link because I don't have it all in one place.
-
It will be helpful to get statistics on my daily/weekly progress so I can get a better sense of incomplete work and plan my time.
